Presently Mr. Kallins serves as an executive committee member for the Manatee county YMCA and is a board member for the Ringling Redskins Youth Sports Organization in Sarasota.
He has served the City of Bradenton as chairman of the Merit Retention Board and also upon the McDaniel College Green & Gold Committee.
Mr. Kallins is the founder of and head coach of the Sarasota Military Academy Varsity Lacrosse Team.
Recently Mr. Kallins has been awarded the Manatee County Bar Associations 2009 Community Service Award and Sarasota County School Board's PAL Outstanding Local businessman award for 2010. He has also received the Florida Department of Education Commissioner's Business Recognition Award for 2010.
